A bit about me…
I was born in Malibu, raised by the ocean and the stars, I’m a travel junkie, musician, and life coach with a passion for chasing beauty, meaning, and the perfect espresso in every corner of the world.

You might recognize me from Ex On The Beach, or maybe you’ve seen me perform at iconic venues like The Viper Room. Whether I’m on stage or on a plane, I live for the moments that stretch us, shift us, and spark that fire inside.

This blog is where I share my journey! the raw, the real, and the ridiculously scenic. I believe in getting out of your comfort zone and into the world.

Sometimes I’m joined by my creative partner-in-crime, Mandi : we met at an ugly Christmas sweater party (because of course we did), and she’s been by my side through music videos, late-night philosophy chats, and spontaneous trips to Paris ever since. She’s not always traveling with me, but when she is, she brings major fashion, wellness, and director energy.
